Capacity - Our home sleeps a maximum of 9 people - absolutely no exceptions.

Rental Deposit - A $500 rental deposit is required for all week-long reservations. The full rental amount is due two weeks prior to the time of rental. If you must cancel your reservation, please let us know as early as possible. Refunds of the rental deposit will depend on when the cancellation is made as specified in each individual rental agreement.

Security Deposit - We require a $300 security deposit in case of damage not caused by regular wear and tear. The deposit will be returned following inspection after your stay. If there is more than $300 in damage, you will be billed for the remaining amount.

Pets - Sorry, we do not allow pets.

Smoking - Smoking is not allowed in the house or within the screened-in porch.

Cleaning - The cabin is professionally cleaned between each rental. However, all dishes must be cleaned and rubbish must be removed from the home and placed in the garbage bins.

Linens - All linens and towels are provided. Judicial use of the water systems, especially the whirlpool, are requested as the house is serviced by a well and a septic system.

Arrival / Departure - We mail renters a key one week prior to their stay. For summer week-long rentals, check in time is 4:00 pm and checkout is 10:00 am. These times are necessary to allow for preparation between renters.
